BUTTER BOILED CORN ON THE COB

by Lily

Without a doubt, the most delicious way to boil corn on the cob. The corn becomes incredibly delicious, fresh-tasting, and rich as it cooks. You’ll be so enamored with it that you won’t care what else is served.

I’d always been used to boiling my corn in water, then serving with a pat of butter by the side. But two years ago, a friend introduced me to a new way, the best way to boil corn on the cob and I must say I haven’t looked back since.

I must admit that I was hesitant at first to try this. I mean, who boils corn on the cob with a glass of milk and stick of butter right? But I finally got around to doing t and I had to call my friend up and thank her massively for introducing me to this pure bliss.

Adding milk and butter to the boil allows the corn to absorb so much flavour, and taste better. You don’t need a pat of butter anymore since the corn already has a buttery taste. You could add some salt and pepper to spice this up, but the salt won’t be necessary if you get salted butter.

You could also add some sugar for more sweetness. However you choose to consume this, I guarantee 100 percent that you would love it.
